By accessing and using Tale Host services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Tale Host provides Hytale server hosting services. As Hytale is currently in development and not yet officially released, our services are in a "Coming Soon" state and will be fully operational upon the game's official launch.

Tale Host offers:

• Hytale game server hosting

• Server management tools and dashboard access

• Technical support via email and Discord

• Automatic backups and server maintenance

• Various hosting plans with different resource allocations

Our services will become fully operational once Hytale is officially released. Pre-launch registrations and discount codes are valid for use upon the game's release.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent)

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified

• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly)

• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of initial purchase for unused services

• Pre-launch discount codes are non-transferable and have no cash value

• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

You agree NOT to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe upon intellectual property rights

• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code

• Engage in DDoS attacks or network abuse

• Host illegal content or facilitate illegal activities

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate service termination without refund.

• We strive for 99.9% uptime availability

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

• Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice

• We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control

• Support response times vary based on your service plan

• We perform regular automated backups of server data

• You are responsible for maintaining your own additional backups

• We are not liable for data loss due to unforeseen circumstances

• You retain ownership of your server content and configurations

• We may access your server data for support purposes with your consent

• Tale Host branding, logos, and website content are our property

• Hytale and related trademarks belong to Hypixel Studios

• You retain rights to your own content hosted on our servers

• You grant us limited license to host and display your content as necessary for service provision

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for third-party actions or content

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

• You may cancel your subscription at any time

• We may terminate services for Terms violations

• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days

• After 30 days, all data may be permanently deleted

• Pre-paid services are non-refundable after the 7-day period

• We may modify these Terms at any time

• Material changes will be notified via email or website notice

• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

• If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
